Henry Ho graduated with a degree in Mech. Engineering from Nanyang Technology University with an MBA from National University of Singapore. His strong interest in fire safety engineering later motivated him to acquire a Masters in Fire Engineering from University of Western Sydney. With more than 20 years of experience in the engineering consultancy industry, Henry is a registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in Singapore and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer. Henry is a registered Fire Safety Engineer (FSE) with the Singapore Civil Defence Force in Singapore. With his Masters of Sustainable Building Design from University of Nottingham, Henry is a qualified Green Mark Professional registered with the Building Construction Authority.

Henry is among the pioneer FSEs in the field of performance-based fire safety design in Singapore since it started in 2003, Henry was invited by the Singapore Civil Defence Force to be part of the working committee for developing the initial fire safety engineering guidelines in Singapore and also a previous member of the Disciplinary Panel for Fire Safety Engineers appointed by Ministry of Home Affairs from 2013 to 2015.
